We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and order.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be processed at the time of purchase or according to the terms provided by the relevant payment provider.

When using Klarna or another third-party payment provider, additional terms may apply. Please refer to the relevant payment provider’s terms for further information.

We aim to process orders within one business day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

During periods of high demand, including campaigns and sales, processing and delivery may take longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Certain exceptions may apply. This can include sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

The withdrawal period begins when you receive the product and expires 14 days later.

If your order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the final shipment.
