The following terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) apply between you and Repeats (“Repeats”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the Repeats website at Repeats.com and orders made by email with Repeats’ Customer Service team (“Website”).

Please note that Repeats does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. Repeats reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product.

Orders can only be placed by persons who are 18 years or older.

Repeats reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the latest update is stated in the final section of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

The language of the contract is English.

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Before you place your order, you will be able to review your desired order, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any errors. Please note that products placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by other consumers until you have placed the order and received the order confirmation email.

When you shop on Repeats.com, you can create an account or check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, we will only store the information that you provide to your order such as shipping and billing address and email address. When creating the account, you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in and view your order history and track your order. You can also view your returned items if applicable.

If you do not create an account and instead check out as a guest, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you would like to delete your account, you should contact hello@repeats.com sending the request from the email address used for the account, and the customer service team will help you get the account deleted.

When you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Repeats. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we have already received payment for the unavailable product, we will refund you the amount related to that product.

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include value added tax (VAT). The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and Repeats is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by the shipping confirmation.

For customers outside Sweden and the EU, please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order. Any such expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by Repeats, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the charges.

The prices may also vary between physical stores, online stores, and the Website. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Repeats reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the order.

Please also note Repeats can cancel the order even if it has been accepted under the condition that you realize or should have realized that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the chosen shipping method in the checkout stage.

We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and order.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be processed at the time of purchase or according to the payment terms provided by the relevant payment provider.

When using Klarna or another third-party payment provider, additional terms may apply. Please refer to the relevant payment provider’s terms for further information.

If a payment cannot be authorised, your order may be cancelled. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Please ensure that your billing address is entered correctly and matches the information registered with your card issuer.

Repeats does not store payment information in our own database. We are not responsible for any fees, charges or penalties imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with a transaction.

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1‒3 business days during sales periods. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not include possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

If Repeats fails to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point or, if you have chosen home delivery, to your home. A delivery notification will be sent via email and/or SMS when your package is ready to be collected or delivered. All orders can be tracked on the Website by logging in to My account.

The right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e., a private individual and not purchasing products on behalf of a business), you may withdraw your order at any time within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal period
The withdrawal period commences on receipt of the product and expires 14 days later. In case of split deliveries, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the last product.

Exercise your right of withdrawal
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must inform us of the withdrawal with a notice sent on paper or another medium to which we have access, i.e., by sending us an email to hello@repeats.com. In addition, you must return the product to us within a reasonable time from sending the withdrawal notice, in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal if, before the expiry of the 14-day period, you hand over the product to the postal services or another operator who has taken on the task of forwarding the product to us, even if you have not given prior notice to us. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the product or by refusing to collect it at the parcel point/post office.

Effects of withdrawal
If you use your right to withdraw, we will reimburse you the purchase price and the delivery and return costs, subject to the following:

- Delivery costs are reimbursed to you if you decide to return your full order.
- A return fee may be charged when you return your order.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with Repeats; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately at hello@repeats.com. According to applicable consumer legislation, you are entitled to complain about defective products within the statutory period (e.g., two years under standard Consumer Sales rules). However, you must always notify Repeats within a reasonable time after discovering that the products are defective.

If Repeats determines that the products are defective, you may be eligible, depending on the specific circumstances, to:
- Have the defective products repaired or exchanged
- Receive a refund
- Obtain a price reduction

Repeats’ liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, Repeats’ obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Repeats can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us.

We protect and respect our consumers’ personal data and safety, although we cannot completely guarantee the security of information and payments transmitted online. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for damages suffered because of the use of electronic means of interactions, such as, but not limited to, damages resulting from errors or delays in delivery of communication, interception, or manipulation by third parties or by computer programs and transmission of viruses.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

Without limiting your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country, these terms and conditions as well as all disputes or claims arising hereof and of using or shopping on the Website shall be governed by applicable national legislation or Swedish law.
