Folate / Methylfolate
Folate is one of the key nutrients during pregnancy. It supports cell division, blood formation and the growth of maternal tissue. We use methylfolate — a form the body can use directly.
Iron
Iron helps the body form red blood cells and transport oxygen. During pregnancy, blood volume increases, which makes iron especially important for blood formation, oxygen transport and energy.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D supports bones, muscles and immune function. It also helps the body absorb calcium — important when the body is supporting both you and new life.
Vitamin K2
Vitamin K2 works closely with vitamin D and helps guide calcium to where it is needed — especially the bones.
Vitamin B12
B12 supports the nervous system, energy production and healthy blood. It also plays a role in normal cell division.
Iodine
Iodine supports thyroid function, which is important for metabolism and development during pregnancy.
Day 1
You start a simple daily routine designed for pregnancy. Folate, iron, iodine, vitamin D, B12 and K2 are selected to support you and what is growing.
Week 1–2
Two gummies become an easy way to support your daily intake. Folate supports maternal tissue growth, while iron supports blood formation and oxygen transport.
Month 1+
The routine becomes one less thing to think about. Iodine supports thyroid function, B12 supports energy and the nervous system, and vitamin D supports bones and muscles.
Throughout pregnancy
Pregnancy asks a lot of the body. PREGNANT is built around small daily support — repeated every day, through a period where consistency matters.
Folate
Folate is sensitive to heat. Cooking can reduce the amount found in food. That is one reason intake matters during pregnancy.
Iron
Iron is everywhere — yet many people don’t get enough. The body contains around 4 grams of iron, most of it in the blood.
Vitamin D
Your body can produce vitamin D from sunlight, but in the Nordics, many people don’t get enough all year round.
Vitamin B12
B12 is made by bacteria and naturally found in animal-based foods. The body can store B12 in the liver for years.
Iodine
Iodine is closely connected to the thyroid, a small gland with a big role in metabolism.
Vitamin K2
K2 is found in some fermented foods and works in the body together with vitamin D and calcium.
