GENERAL
The following terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Terms and Conditions”) apply between you and Repeats (“Repeats”, “us”, “we”, “our”) when you use or place an order through the Repeats website at repeats.com (“Website”).
Please note that Repeats does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. Repeats reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product.
Orders can only be placed by persons who are 18 years or older.
Repeats reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the latest update is stated in the final section of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
LANGUAGE
The language of the contract is English.
PLACING ORDER
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Before placing your order, you will be able to review your order, the information you have provided and the total price, and correct any errors.
Please note that products placed in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed your order and received your order confirmation email.
MY ACCOUNT
When you shop on repeats.com, you can create an account or check out as a guest.
If you choose to create an account, we store the information required to manage your account and orders, such as your shipping and billing address and email address.
When creating your account, you can choose a password that allows you to log in, view your order history and access available order information.
If you check out as a guest, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you would like to delete your account, contact hello@repeats.com from the email address associated with your account and our customer service team will help you.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email containing your order number, details of the product(s) ordered and delivery information.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
ACCEPTANCE & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Orders are subject to acceptance by REPEATS. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order.
If a product is unavailable, we will contact you. If payment has already been received for an unavailable product, the relevant amount will be refunded.
PRICES
Prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include applicable value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. Prices and delivery costs may change from time to time. Delivery costs are shown in connection with the selected shipping method at checkout. Prices may differ between physical retailers, online retailers and repeats.com.
If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where applicable, cancel the affected order in accordance with applicable law.
For customers ordering from outside Sweden or the EU, local import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENTS
We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and order.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be processed at the time of purchase or according to the terms provided by the relevant payment provider.
When using third-party payment provider, additional terms may apply. Please refer to the relevant payment provider’s terms for further information.
If a payment cannot be authorised, your order may be cancelled.
Repeats does not store full payment card information in our own database.
Any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are governed by the terms between you and that provider.
DELIVERY
We offer different shipping methods, which are shown at checkout. We aim to process orders within one business day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen delivery method. During periods of high demand, including campaigns and sales, processing and delivery may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
A delivery notification will be sent by email, SMS or through the relevant carrier when your parcel is ready for collection or delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available. If we fail to deliver your order within the time required under applicable consumer law, you may have the right to cancel your purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
The right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Certain exceptions may apply. This can include sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period begins when you receive the product and expires 14 days later.
If your order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the final shipment.
Exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@repeats.com within the withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You must return the relevant products within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw, unless otherwise agreed.
Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the amount you are entitled to receive under applicable consumer legislation.
If you return your entire order, any standard delivery cost that must be reimbursed under applicable law will also be refunded.
REPEATS currently offers free returns.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where applicable.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@repeats.com as soon as possible.
Under Swedish consumer legislation, consumers generally have the right to complain about an original defect in a product for up to three years from purchase. An original defect does not need to become apparent immediately. You should notify Repeats within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable legislation, an approved claim may entitle you to an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
